Vendor Representative / Buyer / Customer Service

Job description:
- Manage vendors to achieve purchases based on price and delivery
- Secure new vendors to achieve purchases based on price and delivery
- Prepare and enter purchase orders
- Follow through with vendor communication from start to finish of each purchase order
- Strong attention to detail in regards to product specifications and quality
Skill Requirements:
- Proven ability to work well with others
- Strong analytical and excellent verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient QuickBooks knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and internet savvy
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Ability to take direction
- Positive attitude
- Experience working within an importing/exporting environment is a plus
